• Robust wide stance tailstock easily supports the toughest turning assignments.
• Big 3 1/8" diameter tough alloy tailstock quill travels 8.3" with a MT5 center taper. Built-in tang driver slot helps remove tools along with the retraction knock-out leadscrew. Dual inch/metric satin dials graduated in 0.001" increments give accurate depth control for drilling, reaming, or boring operations.
• Tag-A-Long carriage-to-tailstock coupler enables power driven tailstock drilling by having the carriage act as a power tracter.
• Both quick action single lever clamping as well as extra severe duty nut tailstock body clamping can be utilized where cutting loads are extreme.
• An MT5 ball bearing heavy-duty live center and dead center are standard equipment on Promaster lathes.
